Nikki Sinkner is passionate about empowering and educating women to take control of their health, while supporting them along their unique journey every step of the way. Her goal is to ensure that you always leave the appointment with your symptoms and concerns validated, and a therapeutic plan that aligns with your individual goals. She will use evidence-based medicine to understand the underlying cause of your concerns, instead of merely alleviating your symptoms. Nikki is welcoming all new patients, but also has a specific interest in preconception health, fertility, women’s health and hormonal concerns (irregular menstrual cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS), metabolic health and weight loss.

Nikki received her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is currently studying for licensing exams. She will be working under the license of Dr. Kristin Wootton until she becomes a naturopathic doctor in a few short months. Nikki completed a 12-month clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, where she was selected for the highly competitive Fertility and Reproductive Health Focus shift. She also received additional training in women’s health and fertility through completing her externship at Conceive Health, a preconception healthcare clinic partners with Trio Fertility. Before pursuing naturopathic medicine, she graduated on the Dean’s Honours List from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

In her spare time, Nikki enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new recipes, and moving her body with different forms of exercise!
